Qariyalarda og‘ir yopiq kalla-miya jarohati (KMJ) yuqori nogironlik va o‘lim ko‘rsatkichlari bilan kechadi. Yoshga bog‘liq neyrodegenerativ o‘zgarishlar, somatik hamroh kasalliklar va antikoagulyant terapiya qo‘llanilishi klinik manzarani og‘irlashtiradi. Maqolada qariyalarda og‘ir yopiq KMJning patofiziologiyasi, klinik kechishi, zamonaviy diagnostika usullari va davolash strategiyalari tahlil qilinadi.
