BOLALAR SEREBRAL FALAJINING ETIOLOGIK OMILLARI VA PATOGENETIK MEXANIZMLARINING KLINIK-TAHLILIY BAHOSI

Mazkur maqolada bolalar serebral falajining etiologiyasi va patogenezi klinik, neyrovizualizatsion hamda laborator ko‘rsatkichlar asosida kompleks tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot prospektiv kuzatuv kohort dizaynida olib borilib, 1–10 yosh oralig‘idagi 84 nafar bola ishtirok etdi, shundan 62 nafari asosiy guruhni, 22 nafari nazorat guruhini tashkil etdi. Klinik baholash jarayonida motor funksiyalar GMFCS shkalasi va mushak tonusi Modified Ashworth Scale yordamida aniqlanib, kasallikning klinik shakllari va og‘irlik darajasi baholandi. Instrumental tekshiruv sifatida magnit-rezonans tomografiya qo‘llanilib, periventrikulyar oq modda shikastlanishi, kortikal va subkortikal zararlanishlar o‘rganildi. Laborator bosqichda yallig‘lanish mediatorlari va oksidativ stress markerlari aniqlanib, ularning klinik ko‘rsatkichlar bilan bog‘liqligi baholandi. Natijalar prenatal va perinatal omillar, xususan intrauterin gipoksiya, muddatidan oldin tug‘ilish va neonatal ensefalopatiya yetakchi xavf omillari ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Spastik shakl eng ko‘p uchraydigan klinik tur sifatida qayd etildi. Yallig‘lanish va oksidativ stress jarayonlarining kasallik og‘irligi bilan korrelyatsiyasi BSF patogenezida neyroinflammasiya muhim rol o‘ynashini tasdiqladi.
