Mazkur ilmiy maqolada bo‘lajak pedagoglarning liderlik qobiliyatlarini takomillashtirish masalasi zamonaviy pedagogik nazariya va xalqaro tadqiqotlar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda liderlik tushunchasining nazariy asoslari, pedagogik liderlikning komponentlari, ta’lim jarayonida liderlik kompetensiyalarini shakllantirish omillari va samarali metodlari yoritilgan. UNESCO, OECD, Leithwood, Day, Harris kabi olimlar va xalqaro tashkilotlar tadqiqotlari asosida pedagogik liderlikning ta’lim sifati bilan uzviy bog‘liqligi ko‘rsatib berilgan. Maqolada oliy pedagogik ta’lim muassasalarida liderlik kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishning ilmiy-metodik yo‘nalishlari hamda tajribaviy natijalar tahlil qilinadi.
