ФАРҒОНА ВОДИЙСИ ШАРОИТИДА БОЛАЛАРДА БРОНХИАЛ АСТМАДА ҚАЛҚОНСИМОН БЕЗНИНГ ФУНКЦИОНАЛ ҲОЛАТИ

Abstract

The results of the research of thyroid gland functional condition among 89 children, being ill with different degrees of bronchial asthma are shown.  It was found out that with the deepening of currency of bronchial asthma the function of thyroid gland decreases. The reliable increase of thyroid hormone in the phase of intensification of hard asthma on the background of increase of the TTH/T3 coefficient and decrease of thyroid index, witnesses of more expressed deficit of hormones of thyroid gland by the patients with hard degree of bronchial asthma. The difficulty in returning the obstruction of respiratory ways on the background of “Laboratory hypothyroidism” can witness about the inadequate increase of thyroid hormones, which is not enough to sustain all the processes on the demanded level. And this can explain the edema mechanism of bronchi obstruction. The definition of free thyroxin is actual for finding out the sub clinic currency of diseases of thyroid gland, during which the account of common three iodine thyronine and thyroxin stays normal. The high frequency of finding out the auto antibody to thyreoperoxides and thyreoglobulini and the character of hormonal dysfunctions among the patients with bronchial asthma demands to hold out the following researches, and also the dynamic monitoring of observation.
